Maity Infrastructure was founded in Rourkela by Subhankar Maity, a entrepreneur leader who had spent a decade watching enterprise hiring go wrong from the inside and Jesmin Maitya entrepreneur leader. Volume targets crushed quality. Client teams burned through five vendors a year. Candidates were treated as résumés.
The original Maity team — twelve recruiters and two engineers — built a recruitment platform that combined behavioural science, real-time market data, and a deeply human consulting model. The first client signed in May 2008 is still with us today.
Two acquisitions and an organic growth path later, we now serve over 480 enterprises across nine countries, with 1,200 recruiters operating from 11 delivery centres.
